What is Polyvore you ask? Well Polyvore is an online community (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/home) where users can create outfits out of millions of clothing items found on stores across the web. Sounds intense, right? IT IS. You can things based on fashion, interior design, or art and expression. ITS AMAZING! I love creating new outfits with all of their clothing. You can even spice it up with backgrounds of text! Below I'll post 3 of my latest creations.

So what do you think? Pretty cool right? I'll probably do one of these posts every other week just to show some new trends I've been into and maybe even inspire some of your outfits! <3 ~Steph

5 Beauty Habit Don'ts

We all have those horrible beauty no-no's we do! The sooner you stop it, the more beautiful and fresh you will look! I'll just list 5 of the major don'ts. (These are not in order of importance)

1. BITING YOUR NAILS.
First of all it's just gross. Throughout the day we constantly touch things like germs and bacteria. They live on everything, our mascara, our bedding, public bathrooms, and even other people. There are things you can do to help with the bacteria such as using hand sanitizer or opening public doors with a napkin. Unfortunately, you can never really kill 100% of germs. So just imagine. When you go to bite your nails, everything you have just touched has now been transfered to your mouth. GROSS! Not only this but biting your nails weakens your nails. Eventually they will chip because all that time they are in your mouth, they are actually getting softer. You can bend, and therefore, break your nails. Broken nails = ugly manicure. Now we don't want that, do we?

2. NOT WASHING YOUR FACE BEFORE BED.
I know, I know. We have ALL done it at some point. Some of you may even be reading this at 12 am and just realized that you need to wash your face! So why wash our face? Well it gets it squeaky clean and soft as a baby's bottom! :) Plus, if you don't wash your face, eventually you will get acne. Sometimes you can even get a breakout the next day! Girls especially need to wash their face at night. We wear makeup like foundation. The foundation is in our pores and has oils and all that bad stuff. If you don't wash your face, the makeup stays there and will cause acne. Washing your face also rids of any dead skin leaving your face sooo soft!

3. NOT WEARING SUNSCREEN.
A lot of you may be thinking "But wait! It's not summer anymore!" It doesn't matter though! No matter what the season or how hot it is your are always subject to skin damage. The UV rays can hit your skin no matter how cloudy it is. Later in life this can cause skin cancer! So make sure you always wear a sunscreen under your makeup or us a makeup with spf included within it.

4. HEAT PROTECTING HAIR.
Many girls straighten their hair every morning and I guarantee a majority of these girls do no use heat protectant. So why use heat protectant? Applying direct heat will cause split ends and dry, lifeless hair in the long run. Using heat protectant will keep hair soft and gorgeous!

5. BITING/LICKING YOUR LIPS.
I know the feeling. Your lips feel dry and chapped and you just HAVE to lick them. Or when your lips have dry spot you bite at it. Actually, licking your lips and biting them will produce the opposite effect. Saliva actually dries them out so unless you want dry lips use chapstick instead of your tongue.

Do wonders for your green eyes!

Did you know that only about 2% of the population has green eyes? I feel like I'm rare to be in this category and if you're anything like me, you find it's hard to find makeup looks that don't look to dark on your face. Especially with my fair skin and blond hair! Sometimes if I use to dark of an eyeshadow, it makes me look like a hooker. (no offence hookers!)

Here are some color eyeshadows that make your eyes pop more: Purples, blues, greens, browns, etc. If you are tan and dark haired you can probably get away with the dark browns, but as for me... Not so much. :(  (I've also found that wearing green will make your eyes stand out more!)

Once again, thanks for reading girls! Ciao!

Lazy in Bed...

Hey girls! Stephanie here! SO I was going to upload a video to Youtube this weekend but I went to Disneyland yesterday. It was a blast, but I'll get into that later. So I woke up this morning remembering my amazing day with my friend Kelsi and I go downstairs to say hello to my dad's girlfriend, Beth.... And my voice is gone. It just comes out as a whisper. So much for filming! :( But that's ok, because I decided to make a blog! WOO! :) Now lets get on to the trip!

Me and my friend Kelsi have been planning this trip for AGES but it never worked. We were actually going to go Friday, but unfortunately I was sick in bed. Saturday turned out to be a better day after all though! When we arrived it was SOOO cute because all their adorable Christmas decorations were up and I just felt like I was 7 again! There were absolutely NO crowds I could not believe it. The longest we waited in a line was 10 minutes and that was for Space Mountain. Heres a list of all the rides we went on and shows we watched.
1. Space Mountain (twice)
2. Matterhorn
3. It's a Small World
4. Splash Mountain (10 times)
5. the swings ride in California Adventure
6. Ariel's Undersea Adventure
7. World of Color
8. Rapids
9. California Screamin

Unfortunately the fireworks show was canceled due to weather issues.. But that's ok! It was still an AMAZING day! Oh! And on the rapids the ride broke down when we were on it so they had to drain all the water and then evacuate us. They gave us each a fastpass good for any ride and one could be used for up to 6 people!!! YAY!

Above is one of our poses for Splash Mountain pictures! :)

Anways, that's my first blog! I'll talk to you girls later! <3
